Philippians 4:1-9 - 1 Therefore, my brothers and sisters, you whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, stand firm in the Lord in this way, dear friends! 2 I plead with Euodia and I plead with Syntyche to be of the same mind in the Lord. 3 Yes, and I ask you, my true companion, help these women since they have contended at my side in the cause of the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers, whose names are in the book of life. 4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

This chapter encourage me about how do we handle of worries. I believe, all of us do have worry, do have stress because of worry..Life in this fallen world gives you plenty to worry about: You could lose your job, your health could deteriorate, one of your children could die in an accident, your spouse could betray you, boyfriend / girlfriend no calling, church not growing up, you just failed driving test for 100 times, the list goes on and on..and this time, the monsters of worry comes in like a fly. But no matter what uncertainties, problems, or tragedies life throws at you, you never have to worry about them because we have to know, Worry Is A Habit.
What is a worry???
Worry is wrong thinking in the minds and wrong feelings in the heart. Worry is like a rocking chair - it gives you something to do but it doesn't get you anywhere. So, how do we should win over worry???
1. PRAY RIGHT ~ 1 Peter 5: 7 Cast all your anxiety on him because
he cares for you.
a) Prayer - Person of God, worship to God
b) Supplication - tells God that you need his help.
But always keep the problem God
centered and not problem centered.
Focus on God and not on the problem.
Then keep in mind that our prayers are
always to be God centered.
c) Thanksgiving - You are thankful because you know the

>> There are story about a little kid, very love of chocolate cookies. One day, this
kid went to supermarket with his mom and before they enter to the supermarket,
his mom remind him that his cannot ask for chocolate cookies anymore and
that kid say ok. They enter to supermarket and buy stuffs without any interruption
until they reach to the cookies's section and the kid ask to his mom
"mom, can i have some chocolate cookies, please?" and his mom refuse his
request. At the end of cookies's section, this kid think; NOW either NEVER.
Suddenly, this kid stood up and say loudly " In the name Jesus, can I have some
chocolate cookies, please? Thank you". All people surround him give a
big hand to him.And you'll know what happen to this kid? He going back with
20 packets of chocolate cookies from the supermarket. Here we can see if we pray right, we will get it. This kid pray right. He introduce of God, tell his need and thanksgiving.
2. THINK RIGHT ~ Isaiah 23: 3 You will keep in perfect peace those
whose minds are steadfast, because
they trust in you.

>> Worry brings only negative results; it has no power to accomplish
anything positive. Worry is harm your relationship with God
while it also harms your relationships with other people. It can
make you a sin that can miserable mentally and emotionally.
Physically, it can lead to harm your relationship with God while

you serious illness. See worry as the enemy it is decide to reject
it so you can pursue the life God wants you live.

3. LIVE RIGHT ~ Philippians 4: 9 Whatever you have learned or
